Actually it’s a very recent addition to the game that ships can be sold at all, so the problem could not have occurred before. I haven’t sold a single ship yet but I have both sold and upgraded modules by accident if it’s any consolation.
Good luck with your support ticket.
Recent addition or not, doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened. It’s entirely possible i’m the first person to do this. I just wanted to know if there were any options.
I haven’t had any interaction with the customer service/support side of Gaijin. not to mention they have a lot of other games. if they offer this type of thing for other games they likely do for this one. if they don’t for other, they likely don’t here.
My problem is specific, but the type of support it falls under may not be.
Thanks for the luck! I appreciate it
To be fair, majority of players are in EU time zone, and Russian part of forums is much more active than English population.
Ahhh, that is good to know. I figured the Russian part would be more active.
I’m a little surprised, but given gaming trends, especially in PC gaming, this isn’t that surprising once I actually think about it and step away from my ‘US is King’ default mentality. the gaming market in the US is largely console/mobile and PC gaming is bordering on the occult. Of course, this could largely be because the game is still in OBT. if anything, it’s rather refreshing to see a primarily EU dominated community.
That being said, EU time zone doesn’t really have a lot to do with forum activity. just when that activity occurs. unless EU have a different mentality about posting, and just lurk. in my experience in other gaming communities this isn’t the case. EU guys tend to be friendly, maybe a little opinionated, but overall they are just as active as any one else in a gaming community. so for whatever reason there just isn’t a ton of activity here. be that a function of there just not being much to talk about, the overall size of the community, or the mentality of the community.
