Is Energy System Destabilizer (Oject NY18 Active Modul) overpowered?

 

Keep in mind there are already tons of debuffs slowing or reducing maneuverability.

Now they added the guard modul “Energy System Destabilizer” which disables energy regeneration and has a low cooldown.

As a result pilots of any ship class can neither use moduls nor has afterburners, mostly effected by it are interceptors. Leading to be Energy System Destabilizer the mostly overpowered item right now, in my opinion even better than any tackler or ECM. I can neither fly nor use any modul. It always turns me into a clay pigeon waiting to be killed. It destroyed any gameplay since everyone has to stay out of its range and will only shoot on mid or high range, it turns the game into a lame static positional warfare and has nothing to do with space combat or flying a ship in general. I am so disappointed at those mad developers.
