When killed by a Scout or Predator sometimes you are not allowed to respawn, and pressing escape does not let you return to dock or log out. You are forced to do alt+F4 to exit the game then start it up again.
I thought I would be able to respawn but I couldn’t.
To duplicate, die at the hands of various enemies in Invasion.
I was in a premium ship both times this happened.
