i notice that implant 15-1 dont work in pvp.in hangar it apply but if if i start pvp it dont apply.im using crew bravo in slot 2 and 4 whit black dragon and spark.in hangar i have 20501 hull and in battle 19880

Description: “Increases synergy and credits gain by 5% and main weapon damage by 3%. Synergy and credits increase is active on ships of all ranks.”
I don’t understand why you write about ship’s hull.
