No offense, but I’m beginning to think that all GMs are given a pre-written script of things to say in specific situations.
Usually some variant of: “We are still in Beta”, “Your concerns are being discussed”, “We are monitoring the situation”, and “Please be patient”.
Just because someone posts an intelligent (and accurate) response, doesn’t mean they are using a pre-written script.
You’re quite obviously not going to get a wildly inaccurate or inconsistent statement from a GM. In fact, I am confused as to what point you’re even trying to make.
i and my bro leave the game, till 3 vs 3 match has been deleted (with or without bots), have fun if you can, i ll be back in few weeks to see the development.
I came here to have some huge battles, not 3vs3/4 vs 4.
PS sry for my poor english.
Edit: 6 players vs 6 bots should be ok too… if not often.

What he is saying is that there is a lack of information from the GMs that would help settle issues. The “canned” responses that we get from the GMs isn’t helping. It is more like they are a buffer between us, and the DEVs. They are there to keep the hounds at bay. Sorry, but in this day and age EVERYONE has been stuck on the phone with the idiot on the other end reading a script knowing that everything they are saying is not going to help us solve our problem. That is how we feel when we get the Generic “The game is still in Beta” responses from the GMs rather than a legitimate response. Also, personally I feel once you start charging people for things in a game IT STOPS BEING BETA! F2P or not! I’ve been in MANY, MANY Alphas, and Betas over the years, and taking money from people only happens when the game goes Gold.
Phobias, the GM’s only have information the devs give them, and with the part English GM’s/community while the devs are russian(And not very outgoing with their info) it is hard to get clear answers on everything.
And the beta scapegoat hasn’t been used in a while ever since it got pointed out that it got overused for every problem…

The devs give no info to no man, save Antibus, Skula and, maybe, 1 or two others. The GMs hear it from these 4-5 people and they also do NOT share a damned thing, either.
There is a severe lack of communication down the hierarchy lines between devs and users that is woefully ignored and it shows. Information takes either forever or is not revealed to anyone at any time and this needs to be dealt with. Badly. Because, at the end of the day, Antibus is getting ALL the hate for something he has no power over.
You can’t say the “It’s Beta” statement hasn’t been used for a while because I have seen a couple GMs us it within the last few days. I know the GMs aren’t given much information from the DEVs, and that is the main problem. If they expect us to put up with all of the BS lag, and wait times then they need to start giving us more information or else the money will stop flowing. Yeah there will be new blood coming in that will throw a few dollars at the game, but it won’t take them long to get sick of the crap as well. Eventually this game will get a very bad reputation, and there won’t be any more money coming in for them. They need to wise up, or they will be without players. I really like this game, but with the massive changes without any warning, and like someone else said about paid for ships etc… getting demoted again without any warning it won’t take long for them to lose most of their player base. I have been sticking with this game, but my patience is starting to wear thin. I for one will not spend another penny on this game until things change.

The breakdown of communications across multiple levels is a concern the English community is well aware of. I recognize it remains the main source of frustrations, though due to circumstances outside of my control I have little to show for this acknowledgement. The best I can do right now is assure you that any public information that is made available to me is delivered promptly.
Trust me it is appreciated when we do get any helpful information. We just need more. I respect the fact that as GMs you are stuck in the middle. I am not trying to knock the GMs as you have it rough enough. My complaint is with the lack of information from the DEVs. I just wish that they would see how frustrated we are getting. I truly love this game, and I want it to succeed.

Most of the people here on the forums wouldn’t be posting if they didn’t want to see the game succeed. Nevertheless, I appreciate your understanding. :]
Until these community issues are resolved (and they will be, eventually), I encourage people to keep discussions open and constructive.

I never question Russian efficiency at working. I DO question their ability to stay sober long enough to do work or even communicate with other people, let alone subordinates.
I personally hate when games use matchmaking over rooms. Sure you get the problem of people not joining in your room and afk masters, but it feels like you have more control. Also you can socialize more in a room, especially after matches because you come right back to the same people. Wish they had both options. This one isn’t so terrible tho, never had a lag problem and have only played 4 bot matches since I’ve started.
There is custom battle if you want to chat with people in battle…
I forgot about custom, but you brought up a good point. Can we cross chat in matches? if so then everyone is very quiet. If not, why not? Communication would seem like the best step for a better community (except trolls).

In Custom Matches, you have a “Room” tab that serves for both teams. You can’t kick anyone off your room, either…
