If your ship bugged after patch, like resistance, modules being lower. survivability being lower, etc then just re-fit ur ship and change one implant back and forth.
I had this when I logged in on my T-Rex , also EM resistances were wrong and survival went down by 6000.
And yes my implant r10 jericho was on, so I had no idea why this happend, but it’s just to change back and forth.
Implants didn’t work for some reason. As far as I know they work properly now (not sure if globally fixed or people discovered it by their own), as you said, you just have to change 1 implant and they will properly work.
