Suggestion 2.

Green explosion when Ellydium ship is destroyed. 

Variants need a different explosion effect too, maybe like thrusters.

++ (I say this since months and years: if you introduce new ship/technology (like destroyers or Ellydium op ship line)  → give with it new counter-measure !!! (both could be sold to players , but at least would guarantee balance)

 

Yes - exactly : we would need something like torpedo gunboats that need to get near the dessy to deliver guided torpedo barrage (c.  5,000m) - further away the torpedos§) only are unguided (c. ~ 10,000m) ::

 

  1. Give frigates a second missile slot (G-key is free) :: for heavy torps/drones/minelayer !!
  2. Make frigates or fighters destroyer hunters!

 

§) new type of torpedos with special anti destroyer payload : like 2 step damage:

  • 1st punch through shield/hull (kinetic)  
  • 2nd explosion (thermal/em) for example

Better Ellydium evolution tree organization. Some nodes locations don’t make sense.
