“dev’s are working on it” isn’t enough. i want 0 packet loss or i want a refund.

my money that i spent in game. maybe my time too, but i wouldn’t count on that cuz they can’t fix lag, let alone make a time machine.
Here’s the basic thing, i am mad. I’m mad because i’m not being listened to and i’m being lied to.
0 packet loss is a physical impossibly. Even in games with low ping and low latency some packets are lost. Unless you link directly to their servers with no machines in between you will always have packet loss to some degree.

well ArcTic as a lawyer, I have to say that the only thing that you are entitled to get as a refund, is if you spent money on a product of the game “lets say a dlc” for example and you didnt get what it delivered, but packet loss is a completely deferent issue and actually it has to do more with the internet providers that you contracted
Nah, see, i switched ISPs too. It didn’t used to lag until they screwed it up. I’m not looking to get it by legal means. I simply stated i want a refund. I don’t think it’s worth putting money into the game anymore.
Dude. Show proof. Like me. Stop it. Show logs. Show CMD ping and packet logs. Stop whining. Stop getting entire corporations following you and trying to find which tier you are playing so so they can focuse fire you.
There are plenty of different ISPs, routes, routers, servers, computers. Certain issues cannot be fixed (a high ping caused by a long distance) and others need their time to be found. The more different and detailled bug reports you post, the faster we can find the cause of the issue.
