Didn’t you guys get that Madgelo is just set in QQ mode? He learns nothing from your advice. He’s pissed 'cause he wants the matchmaker to fix him with people that have his same modules, same ship, same skill, same mindset most likely. He basically wants to fight his mirror image. He does not understand that T3 ships are T3 ships, and he doesn’t see that even AFTER he’d have a full purple ship, he’d still probably be farmed because you can’t compare a guy with a few hundred battles with another that has the modules and the experience of the game on his side.
Edit: I think he just needs a game with no progression. He says he likes WT but there you have the same thing no? People with planes with upgraded weapons and munitions and engines and stuff. Probably he already has the stuff then and that’s why he’s not bothered.
Edit2: I play only T5 and i have a full purple lineup there. If you’d meet me in T5 and i’d be farming you, i’m sure you’d have something to QQ about there aswell, even if you couldn’t say i’m farming new players no?
You know, a good number of these people you think are just there to farm n00bs will actually give you help and advice if you ask for it.
And most of them aren’t actually farming. T3 is well balanced in terms of ship choice, module variety, module slots and available crew implants. There are a lot of reasons why people may choose to fly T3 even though they could fly higher tiers. These include shorter matchmaking, larger games, access to better ships / modules (nobody likes to fly a white ship with 2/12 synergy levels), certain crew implants are not present in T3 (implants can make a huge difference to the game, especially the R13 one), and so on. In short, T3 is the ideal tier for people who just want to get a game quickly, and if you know or suspect you’ll spend a lot of time in T3, it makes sense to upgrade your T3 ships and gear.
Have you considered trying to actually contact some of these people? Perhaps if you made some friends, or joined a corp, or both, you’d find people willing to help you level your ships and get some better gear. That would remove some of the advantage these other pilots have. The rest is down to skill, and that’s not something you can make up for by buying Mk IV modules.
So tell me, are you still thinking premiums are better? Or are you still trying to justify that you are a bad player and that people kill you “because they fly premiums”?

you can obviously play t1-t5, why not stay in t5 then?
Mostly interceptor class ships (ECM/Recon). But also frigates, at least the Blood Tormentor. Don’t get me wrong, usually those small ships are hard to hit for me, but in most cases they flew in a straight line right at me which resulted in a really high hit percentage. But no dice. And even if I hit the hull at some point, that was even sturdier than the shield.
I had to go through T3 so that I could get nearly all ships (I really didn’t have the nerves to get those last two LRFs). I’m now going through T4 and yes you do have some stupid players there (usually someone flying with his buddy while only having one T4 ship and a T2/T3 ship, always lovely when you get those…) but for the most part it’s completely relaxed and the matches are quite enjoyable (probably jinxing that right now for me).
On T5 I was only for some weeks during summer when I leveled my engineer frigates.
I also have to admit that premium ships seem to be less of a pita in T4, either because there are less or because they’re better balanced.

How do you determine that you were skilled enough to kill the ship if it wasn’t premium? I myself pointed out that there are F2P ships in T3 that are more survivable than their Premium counterparts.

I’m sorry dude, but you are mistaken. I have all the ships in the game, except for some DLC ones and I have flown all of them from stock to purple.
They are not better.
The only thing I can say is that some of them promote different gameplay styles that cannot be achieved with credit ships, but the same can be said to other credit ships against premiums. You just need to fly them to their strengths.
The fact is if you are getting killed too much in T3 and or not near the top of the boards on any matches then T3 is where you belong and where you should stay
until you have learned how to play the game fit your ships, and leveled your own modules to purple. It’s not mean it’s a fact.

LOL now that War thunder has been brought up… I found WT to be 10Xs worse then it is here for grinding and being FARMED in the lower tiers. Now I just started there so I have less than 200 battles compared to over 12000 here. :008j:
Lets talk about the Lower tiers
1. At least in Star Conflict … as an “NEWBIE” your not going to be facing DLC ships right off the gate.
2. In WT kill stealing seems to be the NORM… Oh believe me there is a whole lot more farming “fresh meat there”
3. The grind is extremely painful… lets see Not only do I have to “energize” my plane…I have to do the same for the Pilot…
Oh if I have a bomber I have do the same for the gunners.
Talk about repair…jeez more grind just increase the rate for that… :01414:
