I have to admit, hands down, the recent update made me appreciate that our cries and complaints finally went through to them, congratulations devs, solid, balanced nerfs to the taikin and tharga PLUS the comeback of r14 destroyers? The sec conquest rewards being monocrystals and resources? That is just amazing and more than we couldve asked for, not many people post in forums for praise, and I’ve been rather angry when I posted things, but we gotta give credit where its due. Thank you devs, im going to start playing again and pay for premium the moment I have money.
the game is playable again, of course is not perfect, but its alot better now, keep going in this direction!

unfortunately, some of the damage might not be undoable anymore. there is a price for arrogance and ignorance. not one i want them to pay, but karma is a small little dog.
Improvement, but not significant enough tbh. No matter the damage nerf on taikin it still can’t be hit with most of the weapons. The only thing that works is full anti ceptor tackler, but it also debuffs the regular ships a lot. So meanwhile you get the perfect counter, it also counters the rest of the ships well too.
If youve seen my previous posts, im always bashing devs for doing poor decisions, but i’ll give them a pat on the back if they do good things, of course i dont have high hopes for the next ellydium ship but thats okay.
Tai’kin’s fine for me, of course not all ships should be able to fight it, as much as not any ship can take on a destroyer, think of it as rock paper scissors now, tacklers and guards and destroyers are best for taikins while lrf, ecm and covertops is best for destroyers
And you need to consider your own skills too, of course there will be good taikin fighters and others that just abuse the cheesy weapons and strats but i’ve managed to suppress any taikin by playing with my destroyer smartly, I now understand destroyers arent the gods of the battlefield but positioning means everything for destroyers, which really made me excel in most situations

By positioning I hope you mean smack dab in the middle of wherever the enemy is camping otherwise you aren’t getting the kills you could be. (Not always the case though) This is also why I lmfao when tai’kin spawns me in my vigilant right in the midst of them. I thank him for allowing me to pick off several ships easily. 
I mean taking cover or sticking with your team really helps more than trying to solo warrior the entire enemy team with a tyrant, im getting used to staying in the backline or in the middle of my team to employ a support role

yeah i totally get that, me i like to win though so thats why i said that. But to each his own.  o/
