I have some questions, where do i ask?

Things like:
-difference between expert/basic control?

-why sometimes i dont have space to buy a new ship when my warehouse is only 17 slots full?

-where can i find in advance what factions i need rep with for to buy blue equips for t3 and t4 ships?

-difference between expert/basic control?

expert = fixed camera to direction ship is facing

basic = loose camera control, you get to look around before your ship actually makes the turn

-where can i find in advance what factions i need rep with for to buy blue equips for t3 and t4 ships?

warehouse … filter to mk.III - hover your mouse over the faction symbol on those modules. it’ll say what loyalty rank and faction you’d need

-why sometimes i dont have space to buy a new ship when my warehouse is only 17 slots full?

New ships come equipped /w Mk 1 items, which ‘use up’ storage. If you do not have enough storage slots available to accomodate the items the ship comes with, then you must first purchase the storage or, if possible, sell off items you’re not using (more prevalent as you go up tiers and buy ships you don’t plan to use).

Thanks!
One more thing: what are the green numbers when i keep ctrl pressed? My bonus from synergy?

I think the green numbers are bonuses from implants or modules you have equipped.

I don’t think synergy shows up as green, but I could be incorrect.

That would be logical, but my warehouse says i have 50 slots total of which not more than 20 are occupied…and i still could’t purchase a new ship until i sold about 5 items…seems weird

I agree, the numbers don’t add up. I eventually just bought enough ships to max out my warehouse at 1100 items (I have nowhere near that many) and haven’t had the issue since. I know some guys are meticulous and always try to keep the minimum items, but they’re still at 300 warehouse slots. I assume ships take up storage, but I don’t really know.

Generally not an issue except you’re surprised when you need to pay an extra fee when you thought you could buy a new ship. Not sure the system is really worth it considering folks don’t gain anything by stockpiling, but may be a measure to ensure folks don’t just fill up their storage with trash.
