| Describe problem and what you saw | When i went to check on the market i noticed my listing for unstable crystal wasn’t showing up although it said there was one when i cancelled the sale the item disappeared and wasn’t in my inventory.

| What you expected to see | When i make a listing i expect the item to be made into GS or put back into my inventory. If there going missing people are losing out needlessly. |

Not to sure but when i went to check my listing i saw an unstable crystal for 50gs picked it up and went to check my listing for 360gs even though it said it was there it wasn’t. i just got out of spec ops with a short DC/reconnect and had opened up an unstable crystal so when i went to sell the one i had over 5 i saw one for 50gs and picked it up thats when i noticed my listing had vanished. |
| Problem details | Im aware this is not posted in market however i was not allowed to post there but i offer the reasoning that it’s likely a connection time out error so i think this is the next best place to post so please understand my confusion trying to use this reporting system. I don’t need compensation just want you all to know so it gets better. |

Do logs include market sales ? figured they might not but nvm lol. Side note id rather not communicate in pictography if possible haha you are a mod maybe just lend me a hand with this. Point out where in my logs I can find market data and sales related to the issue pretty please. Given that most games have those tools in client (Neat idea for a suggestion right there should get on that lol. ”) )

Typically logs are found (in windows) under Documents>My Games>Star Conflict>logs
Please post the whole logs from the period of time when your item was posted.
While I’m unsure about market data, they usually help sort out what happened when and what we can do to help.
If all else fails you can always contact support (through the game) and tell them what happened.
