Long story short, I leased my Samsung s7 from T mobile and they gave me Gear VR, 6 games, and 1 year of Netflix for free. The clarity of your view depends on the app/video/game, maximum resolution is 2560×1440 (1280×1440 per eye). I watched couple 3GB large videos and it look very real, for close-ups it feel like the person is right next to you. If anyone else playing VR games you can add me, same uid. I’m currently waiting for my Oculus Rift to ship so I can play SC co-op in VR

No but they do have VR content in low quality <200MB, high quality ones are several GB per file on other sites.

I tried it, but resolution is kinda low compare to PC games, I would say it feel like 640x480 quality, not as fun as OR since you can only control with the pad on the google with your right hand. Also Gear VR tend to overheat after 30 min - 1 hour.

I’m a heavy gamer so I don’t experience any motion sickness but skins outside of my eye will sweat after a while as there’s no air condition inside the google xD

I need to get an external graphics card and my laptop would be considered VR-ready, and then I SHALL PASS (additional moneys into a VR kit) :( !

Shipment got delayed, have to wait a month to get it… may as well start collecting VR games and apps now to get ready. Hopefully SC will have full VR support by then.
