If I were to change anything, it’d be all three of those shield speed modules. You need tank from resists, so switch 'em out for either 2 thermal one kinetic, 2 kinetic one thermal, one thermal, and kinetic and one adaptive shield or 2 em modules and one kinetic or even one thermal, one kinetic and one asynchronous shield projector. Another item would be the engine, you need either strafe speed or turn speed. The gun isn’t meant for close range fights, make it longer. Really, only a patriarch with a high crit beam would be able to pull that off. Even then, it’d want at least 2200 range. The other option is heavy Blasters with curved reflector, or without. At close ranges, there is no need for spread reduction as you’ll just about always hit your mark. If you go for longer ranges with a heavy blaster, you’ll need a spread reduction module. In any case, that particular build will explode far too quickly. Mainly because of the negative resists. Each negative resist = -0.1. If 100 volume is = to 1.0 then you get 100 x -0.46 (-54 resists) = 46 actual shield volume per 100. Also, that missile type is far too easy to dodge. Switch it out for em torps, anomaly gen, or even mines, careful with the mines, though, even those are weak as they can be taken over, and they do terrible damage. If an enemy bubbles or stays close to you, you will also recieve self damage from your own mines.
To note, that gun is mainly just a support weapon, it won’t do you much good at all damage-wise. Its main feature is the energy drain, and even that is weak, though it may help vs some interceptor types that constantly use thrusters, provided you can hit near or at them.

Actually, I have a decent sense of it. Just answered for two possibilities: one, that he may actually be using such a build. And two, that if entirely sarcastic that I properly answer with no small amount of spite.
Hahahahaha, mm , well then I’ll take you up on that challenge. Don’t go crying when you lose~
note, I’ll be home in about 3-4 hours, expect me at that time.
Considering how my Eclipse launchers were doing over 1000 damage to your shields per shot, yes, I do think so!
