I loved this game but damn.

 

It’s impossible to advance or get any of the new content (with exception of Vulcan Cannon) without buying/spending GS now.

Due to random containers dropping everything but what you need, you are forced to use the awful market system.

There is no way to trade parts or items without using GS.

Mininum GS prices for the market are prohibitive.

Event items aren’t even guaranteed for people who play a lot any more. Namely new specmod items that don’t drop from their containers that cost an insane amount of Iridium.

The game is one huge useless grind.

You can’t advance or gain currency besides credits outside of T5. (Or your maximum playable rank.)

Vouchers are now only actually obtainable in OS from super rare drops.

OS is useless and gives no useful rewards now besides impossible escort mono missions.

Mysterious Containers don’t exist any more, or are no longer accessible, even with the Spatial Scanner GS item.

No ways to get GS in game any more without someone having spent money, even though it is now supposedly a “market currency” that “can be obtained without paying”. (Lies.)

All the new stuff is of limited availability, so players who actually have a life will NEVER be able to get them without paying.

The vulcan grind was superb, basically how everyone imagines a grind for a new thing, you get a bp+mats and you’re set, i wish that happened with special module mats from the taikin weekend events. After RNGesus grants your drop you have to ask him again to grant you the item you need after wasting 300 iri, yes, wasting, 300 and 2 xenos later leaves no man neutral…

No GS obtainable outside the market but its okay, at least the loot after battle is decent, and there is a buffed gain of rare ores, in OS it’s even greater and for those of you who used to farm MCCs, i began finding them like usual lately before the big nerf on them, so if you can, try to look for them so i can at least confirm them as a somewhat solid farm thing again.

Anecdotally, I’ve run into some really terrible dart/gargoyle players who still manage to outscore me. Yea, consider this flaming, but you sold them those ships… Now you have huge problem, to nerf or not to nerf? That is the question.

I opened 10 containers for 300 Iridium. 3000 Iridium total. What did I get?

 

2 xenos, 2 xenos, 5 alloys, 2 xenos, 5 alloys, 2 xenos, 2 xenos, 2 xenos, 5 alloys, 2 xenos.

 

I will not be spending any more Iridium on this. I got too much stuff that I can’t even sell, due to how trading was executed.

When I post an offer, my post already gets pushed upwards, because of all that spamming.

Then, when you specifically say that you only want to sell, you got people offering you items at rip-off prices.

 

In any case.

Iridium should drop in massive quantities. It should also be available in Open Space again.

Each Tier V Iridium spot should have 100 Iridium at all times. Losses cannot be replenished at this rate, if you can only commonly get 22,44 or around 60 Iridium daily.

 

In any case, I think we will get another storm soon, when we will actually get a new resource system that will replace the old one.

Of course, old one will be converted, but exchange ratio is the most problematic or crucial here. They already stated, that it will be higher and not even, which is a troubling matter!

 

In any case, none of the suggestions are getting any attention, but what we really need, is this:

This isn’t the first time you’re saying that right?!

Last time it was about 2 weeks ago iirc, i remember because it was the last day i played SC and commented on a topic agreeing with the other that said they were leaving. I still look at the forum once in a while to not miss the Elly Frig or OS expension. That’s it.

I still had a bit over 2 weeks of prem, and Tai’Kin came out. That didn’t even got me to stay. + the ressource fck up that they then sorta kinda fixed.

Never said I was leaving. I don’t think I have it in me to do that quite yet, but as soon as I do you can bet your buttons that I’ll be straight out the door without a tiff.

This will probably be around when Star Citizen finally releases.

Whoever does their financials can expect a few words from me on my way out. I can put that (several hundred) dollars to better use in (literally any other game).

Seeing how things are today in gaming industry and how toxy/salty the community is in each and every game i played, i bet you will find the same dissatisfying thing everywhere else just as much you got here. Meanwhile i tried out a few mmo games, same thing over and over in their general chats “this game was/used to be better” “game is dying” “devs are a-holes” “p2w” and so on. The game days we used to have 5-10 years ago and the fun - gone now, make peace with it. The age of micro-transactions are upon us.

The only reason that this age is upon us is because of weak minded people who say “just accept it”.

The only way to change something is to act upon it.

Nobody can change that, let them spend their money, find your own way of fun and enjoy it. While people were upset over 200 limit a few weeks ago other bought a 50$ dlc that got them basically nowhere.

My only REAL complaint is that I spent a lot of gs and time getting tai and when I finally do its nearly useless (energy efficiency is a joke, you cant use afterburners for more than say 10 seconds for example) and to top it off to upgrade the energy you need even more rare items than mono.

Its actually really easy to do that, synthesis sphere and the 7b implant should do, you can get that extra booster cost reduced by 30% node and you will never have problems with it.

some new mechanics and economy in-game are just broken .

the fact a 300 iridium  , its a fair price but !!

  1. we need before loot the access to this Tai’kin ressources contenair for only 48h

  2. get the 300 iridium for each try

  3. those contenair give an special ressource required only for 48 , the % of dop not really reward player its only based on our luck ![:(](<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/003j.png “:(”)

atm a player can loot 1 2 , … 5 times and more and an other one player can try 5 times and more and never get it .

all new ressources drop work as it , its an non sense .

we’re not talking about commons ressources , its all ressources that give a great bonus/advantage in game .
