| Describe problem and what you saw | Hi, I have just experimented the same problem. I get 200 Xenochips and I have expend it on th 34th and 35th stages. I get the protrait for stage 35th but I dont get the free premium ship for the 34th stage. |
| What you expected to see | Get the premium for the 34th stage and get the free premium ship. I want to get the Berserker ship. |
| Conditions in which error reproduce | Maybe I get two stages in one session, I not sure that can causes the problem. |
| Problem details | When I begin the game I had 200 Xenochips. In the screen that loads at the beginining where you can expent the Xenochips, I bought the 34th and 35th stages. I get the 35th but no the 34th. |

It’s been more than 10 days ago and I have no receive any answer. I get the Steam ticket were I bought the premium stage, my money has sent to you inmediatly but I don get muy free premium ship. Its too time for getting a answer. I see normally you answer at next day. Whats the problem? There is anything I can do? Maybe I must contact to Gaijin directly or talk to Steam? I guess I did it correctly when I wrote the problem here, but maybe Im wrong.
