i can log in but i cannot play any game mode

i m having an issue with my game as i can log in and do stuff (like increasing synergy on ships or changing ships slots or crew or selling/buying stuff on the store) but when i try to play pvp ,pve ,or even go open space an error pop up saying "unable to connect to server " ,i couldnt find any solution for that ,when i test my network it says “good quality” ,everythings working normal except the game ,i even reinstalled windows 10 and redownloaded the game and it didnt help ,please any suggestion or solutions will be much appreciated

I’ve noticed that the servers have been rather sketchy lately so maybe you caught them at a bad time. Have you tried recently? Are you still trying?

Regardless, please attach server logs and that network tester log just for a bit more info.

Examine your firewall settings! I remember several times had to allow access.

Hello ,its solved after reparing windows 10 system even it becomes laggy now ,i checked my Mtu its 1500 and i putted it with the game server adress and had to put it down to 1408.thanks for your replies

Reparing windows 10? how? make a vid how u did it pls…

with windows 10 DVD system ,its like to reinstall windows but instead you choose repair.
