Case1: I bought Zeta DLC and swarm control was not given.
I bought a Zeta DLC long ago, and can’t find my swarm control 17.
This is so weird since, swarm control 17 should be included in Zeta DLC.
Case2: Someday, I sold it by my mistake.
Those are possible conditions.
What should I do to get my swarm control 17 back?

The way I see it there should be two options:
contact support and hope for goodwill or just research the swarm control node, get the blueprint and build it again.
I bought the $60 Ze’Ta DLC before it was removed and didn’t get anything past Swarm Control 14. It wasn’t included in the DLC because it probably didn’t exist at that rank yet, so you and I probably never had it to begin with and will have to manufacture it. And my guess is that the DLC unlocked that node for it and put it in your atlas.
I created my ticket and passed it to support.
Let’s wait and see what happens.
