Hybrid Player+AI battle balance

There is this mode you can get into by playing low rank (5 works for me) ships where you play against other player with AI bots on both sides. The thing is those bots are R12!!! As it is now you have to hide behind your bots and this mode could be actually fun if players had more impact on battlefield.

The outcome can be tricky, because winning or losing is a matter of abusing AI mistakes. It works for low rank players because they are new and they don’t know how to do that.
