I’ve never seen sell green or blue components
When a container is updated to another container, do green and blue components sometimes sell?
Or is there another way to get Photon Emitter Green and Blue component?
Destroyer part containers rotate daily. Keep your eye out for the ones containing photon emitter components.
EDIT:
Right, didn’t properly look over the screenshots. Likely higher rank Destroyer containers are clearance rank locked. They do rotate daily however; you may just need to progress some more.

When the clearance level is at what level, do higher-level containers unlock? Currently, it is rank 8.

I’m unsure of what level the green and blue components will appear. My best guess would be either clearance 10 or above.
