what should i buy and how should i spend the gs ?
Okay one question:
WHAT do you want as advantage from your money?
Afaik DLC(or some?) give you an advantage in +synergy AND premiumships.
Else premiumships are nice BUT only for OpenSpace OR if you intend to invest additional money/bought GS for shipsynergy–>free synergy to use it on other non-leveled ships.
Licenses are running costs, but give you money/synergy/rewards/lootattempts. Not so useful for OS.

Wait for 50% sales. Otherwise don’t spend, unless if you can afford it.
I’ve been trying to make a video on this very subject, but software isn’t behaving.
DLC packs - the big ones that give multiple ships, GS and Licenses are probably your best port of call. If you can get them in sale, as Koro said, then that’s the best place to drop cash.
My summary of spending:
DLC is a good source of GS.
Premium Ships are good, but T4 and T5 are a bit overpriced.
License is good if you want faster progression.
Customisation is always fun, but a little restricted.
Resource Crates are a scam. Never, EVER spend any money on them!
I would suggest: Buy the DLC pack that seems the most rewarding in GS for your money, and contains some ships you want to fly. Then buy a premium licence for a few months with the GS. If you have any left over after that, then wait for a sale on the premium ships, and buy a few that you want to fly regularly. Ask someone before you buy premium ships, if you are not too sure. There is a lot of them available, and not all are worth it!!
Victory Day is your best bet (9th of May). That’s the only tip that I can give you. Patience is the key!
i think elite pilot the best buy but in pirate pack is 2 rank 8 ship what is ready for farm neodium and other things (im not sure)

waiting for the DLCs to be on sale is the usual way most players got “all of them”.
on 50% you can get quite a few dlcs; I always say the medium priced ones and the low priced ones are the best.
once you got the GS, you can also wait until the ships you desire are cheaper.
may 9th is arriving for that.
don’t spend everything at once, until you know what you actually really want to have, if you only plan to invest once.
