How do you revive/reconstruct a dead ally in PvE?

Last night in a PvE mission i died and an ally “ressurected” me - it said something like “ally wants to reconstruct you”.

 

During that same phase of the PvE mission (fighting a boss) i died multiple times - but that same ally kept “reconstructing” my ship, so i got ressurected like 3 times before we downed the PvE boss.

 

So how do i actually ressurect/reconstruct an ally in PvE missions?

You move within ~300m of the hulk of a dead ally, marked on the HUD by a blue crossed box. You stay within 300m for about 10seconds or so, and the game will give them the option of spawning back in.
