How do I see ship bonuses? +15% Crit, etc.?

I used to be able to hold down…Alt?  And see my ship had 20% missile reload, 30% bonus crit, etc.  

 

Now I can’t find that information anywhere.  

 

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Is there something wrong with the inteface?

This is extremely frustrating as I am buying ships blind until I can see the bonuses.

It is insane this is not the default.  

 

There will be people giving up the game having never seen the best bits of Ship selection.  

 

It is not even obvious from the Settings, I just went through every submenu in Settings and could not see what I needed to change.  Generally a tooltip means hover over information, not pressing a key like Ship inspection.
