How can i change Object NY18 flight control?

Option -> Key Binds -> “Overwiew: Look Around” 

 

I think the default is CTRL, but I have it on TAB.

 

This option cycles control scheme on destroyers and NY18, while on all other ships it is just “look around” while holding it.
