Blackwood shipyard and other sector has a high ping, but there’s a sector that have a good ping. both the sector is server russian
Russian and SEA servers are always terrible if you don’t live there. It’s just kind of a fact of this game. Preferred server region also doesn’t mean anything in this game. Just gives you false hope.
