looking at the history of developer posts, etc. they were reasonably active during closed beta.
IE: you have no idea what you’re talking about. it’s reasonable to expect delays in communication. see my other posts. don’t be such a child…

And the game was absolutely epic upto .9 patch, now it is just “good”, I mean why patch the game if all you are gonna do is ruin it?

if you started right at open beta…you’re not really a veteran yet.
Loyalty gains are fine as is. you shouldn’t be able to max it out in like a week…it should take considerable investment. Although I think the whole contract system needs a complete revamp. as it doesn’t make sense to me as a whole. but the gains of loyalty are fine. i think the reputation gains are too high, especially early on. but this is a different discussion.
The game doesn’t feel like an open beta. I will say that. it feels like an early closed beta, especially with the sweeping changes that are being made. but different companies have different concepts.
from your other posts, i wouldn’t say you’re a bitter vet. you’re just bitter overall. chill out man.
Just to let everyone know, i got my answer, which is that the game is good, and fun, but will only succeed greatly if the team starts to listen abit to the players, atleast more.
