Bottom line is - you’re going to have acquire and equip a suitable high tier ship, and explore the most dangerous sectors, to frequently get the best stuff.

 

Going in a group is recommended, as player killers are more than willing to shoot you in the back whilst your’e getting beaten up by pirates, biomorphs, etc in the PVP sectors.

 

However, once you do find a hunting ground, you might be surprised at how frequently the good stuff does drop - monocrystals, 15k vouchers, 150 artifacts, 200-300k + (even 1 mill) salvage.

 

Knowing where ‘alien stashes’ or ‘mysterious packages’ spawn, is usually information you might want to keep to yourself…
