Graphics problem after Update 1.41.7.44

After Update 1.41.7.44,I feel the game cannot run smoothly as before. Specifically during the game the display image may gets stuck, this problem may last a few seconds. In the mean time, Ping is normal.

 

My PC hardware:i5-3470,B75,8G,GTX650 Ti BOOST with 337.88Driver,Win7 x64 With SP1

 

Game Server: Asia Server
