graphics crashing

the AppHangB1 error I have mentioned already plagues me endlessly when playing in windowed mode, while fullscreen has solved this issue it has raised another, being that the graphics engine will have a “hiccup” and lock up, forcing me to minimize and then maximize to force it to re-render, this happens without any consistent provocation, but is usually a result of the shift, removal, or introduction of new objects and effects on screen.

 

my current build:

GTX560ti

AMD Phenom II X6

seagate barracuda 2TB hard drive (I think that’s what I have anyways…it’s been a while since I put it in)

2 Corsair 4 GB RAM cards

23 inch ASUS HD monitor (in case it matters, no, I don’t have a model number available)
