Ive been playing SC for a while now (couple years) and i love it, yesterday i though that i could finally make my R8 destroyer and have some PVE fun (i really like pve here even though i still pvp too).
Ive make the parts i though were needed for the build i wanted (crap build but i liked it) 3 cpu, 2 hull and 1 engine, and so i made 3 cpu, 2 hull and 1 engine thinking that the parts that were needed were based on the choice i made.
i was wrong, the parts needed are fixed and i was left with several, now useless, parts, and without precious mats, including the monocrystals.
Tried to open a ticket explaining the situation and tried to get a refund on those extra parts so i could actually build the right ones and make my destroyer.
Request wasnt granted.
1st of all i know the one that made a mistake was ME!, but we all know how hard it is to farm all the mats to make a destroyer, it was a task that took months to achieve and i though that SC support could at least understand that.
Its not a situation where i buy or make a ship and then regret it and want my stuff back, it was a genoine mistake, where, imo, the build part isnt clear on the interface ingame, and reverting it wouldn t be hurting anyone since ive had to farm all those mats, i wanted only the return of the mats of the extra parts.
now im in a situation where i have no destroyer, no mats and no will to farm it all again, specially now that the broker tasks are over and geting monocrystal would take months for someone that doesnt have alot of time to play.
so SC is loosing another player, maybe that doesnt matter, but i hope that SC gets better costumer support in the future so that players can feel they arent doomed at the 1st mistake they make.
as for me ill try to find a game like SC that has pvp and pve, wich are very rare.
