What happened?
The Pirate stash container is probably too close to the wall, thus it cannot be obtained.
It can only be detected by the Spatial Scanner, but not picked up.

There are some ships around. You sure its pirate stash, not just someone’s loot?

It was also there two weeks ago. It has to be, and it hasn’t disappeared.
That’s the one people were grabbing with a Dessy.

Most probably it’s a quest’s container for quest of other player.
