I’m sure i’m not the only one who’s done this by accident on multiple occasions… upgraded an item and suddenly noticing
that you’re missing GS - realizing you just wasted GS to upgrade your item and you weren’t even asked if you wanted to waste it .
Give us an option in gamesettings to LOCK using GS for upgrading items using GS, or atleast give us a BIG FLASHING NEONSIGN
that we’re about to use GS to upgrade our item using GS and if we are REALLY REALLY SURE we want to do it .
GS is hard enough to come by.
I think you still have to confirm using gs after pressing the button
no its a fraud default setting in the game , any auto replenish uses GS automatically … how else could they get you to spend GS on these worthless things … I mean honestly NOBODY would spend 200 GS on dupes or ammo or green upgrades … its just simply FRAUD and wont be removed EVER its there to entrap the new players

Ermmm. Dupes are free to manufacture and there is no gold ammo available (unless you created account 2 years ago and still have some left).
You can also buy dupes for like 200gs each.
And in all my years of SC I’ve never once heard of someone accidentally upgrading with GS.
You probably bought some ammo or something. You can tell if GS was used to upgrade because the item turns gold.

He was talking about upgrading weapons, modules… and no that does not automatically happen…

Game warns you and you have to confirm first.
You need to click on a golden GS button first, then you have another confirmation option - Upgrade. If you do not want to do this or if you have done this by mistake, just select the Cancel option.
