Whenever I join a match, be it PvP or PvE, I get disconnected right after matchmaking finds me a battle. After I get disconnected an error message pops up saying “The client is unable to connect” and I get sent back to the main menu while my current ships are unavailable until the end of the battle.
I had the same issue about 30 min ago.
It shows the hangar and says all ships are in battle.
After I logged off and back in it allowed me into the fight. We won.
After the fight it continues to show the busy hangar.
I rebooted the game but it is still hangar locked.

Without logs, the cause of the problem cannot be determined.

I am having this exact same issue. And no your long drawn out process using the cmd system does not work. Unles you have a video showing step by step. Furthermore this shouldn’t happen, I play a lot of other MMO’s with no problem why is it a problem for this game?
hi I am getting this same issue and its really turning me off the game its a shame because i like the game but whats the point when you cant do anything you need to fix this problem and fast
