Game Stuck On 'Press Launch'

I am stuck on the hangar screen no tutorial prompt (I think I’ve done it already). It says to ‘Press Launch’ and an arrow points to Map (assuming where Launch used to be), when I press map there is nothing else to click on everything is grayed out and when I use the menu features they get screen blocked by the ‘Press Launch’ instructions. This is an amazing game I have played before on other accounts and I would really like to get back to it on this one.

 

PS: I would be fine with a data wipe on my user (since all I’ve accomplished on this account is the tutorial anyways).
