Our list will include one frigate from rank 1 to 6, from rank 7 to 9, 10 to 12 and finally from rank 13 to 15. The best premium vehicle will be a whole another category.
Keep in mind that this compilation is not a “top 5”. Each ship that we’ll mention is the best at its rank — nothing more, nothing less. Oh, and we won’t touch various craft ships. They are an entirely different beast, because their modifiers and bonuses can be customized by any of you guys.
