Sorry but I disagree with most of the points you have raised (Agree tackler is a useless ship mainly at present and could benefit from a total rework of the modules and ship stats rather than just a buff)

I have learnt explaining things on this forum (english) is utterly pointless, But i am curious to see the feedback, and if its still ignorant.

 

This is actually not true, its more accurate to say, they are out of touch with the people on this forum, They are very active on the russian forums.

Is nice to see posts like these, it helps us realize how important we (the rest of the world players) are to the devs and what they think of us

Uhmari, how long have you been playing for recently? Sorry, but i really have to ask this since it looks like there’s no proper prior ingame research been done.

You obviously are not taking part in clan conquest at higher tiers.

The one who’s not taking part in Sector Conquest, at higher tiers is you, or you wouldn’t make suggestions lke that.

Further on topic: most of the ships are in a good spot now. Tacklers need a look at (probably even a major overhaul, but keeping the same role).

 

Also, gonna say what i said to Luckyo: the game’s ships are not interceptors, fighters and frigates - they are recons, covert ops, ecm, gunship, tackler, command, guard, engineer and long range frigate, which you then divide by factions, tiers, ranks, bonuses and module slots.

 

Stop putting them all in the same bowl or you will be doing the same huge constant mistake the devs do when they do a balance tweak that affects all ships in a class in all tiers. It’s the sole reason interceptors are OP in T1-2 and guards in T5.

 

Achieving the current balance that exists in T3 in the rest of the tiers is what everything about balancing has to do. It’s the only balanced tier atm and the only place to see if a certain class is OP or lacking from ship to ship and instead of in general. Thus i only find tacklers in a bad spot now here, which are underpowered.

And how would you buff them? I’ve been thinking and I only find a buff on the rotation and strafe would do something, they are meant to tackle interceptors, at least that’s what the devs made them for xD so they should turn way better than the other fighters to have the ceptors always in sight.

 

Before doing all that you mentionned; Devs have to :

 

  • Rework the Hull Tanking vs Shield tanking
  • Nerf Empire Tanking hability compare to Other ships of the same rôles
  • Make the Verniel Engine only available for Frigates
  • Add a Degressive % on Crowd Controls (ECM/GUARD/CovertOps/Tackler)
  • Add more Maps and Game Modes
  • Improve the Arcade Battle (Matchmaking and Games Modes)
  • Improve Sector Conquest (Matchmaking / Game Modes / Balance)

 

I forgot to mention one thing : 

 

  • Nerf the Ion Emitter mechanics / Make it use the other Laser Mechanics before the Resistance Bypass.

Are you saying that ion emitter doesn’t have “optimal range” i mean its optimal range is equal to maximum range?

Because every weapon in the game has Maximum and optimum range (where optimum is ?30%? shorter from max range)

Considering that most of your “designs” were rejected by dev teams, yeah you did design :))

and since last time you were here this game changed alot, and those mere couple of days you were active in T2-T3 is not enough to get an understanding on current balance of the game, I am sorry but you have to accept that at this moment you are regular Joe N00b.
