Game crashes upon login?

Hello,

I am a Mac user. Whenever I click the login button, the game quits. This happens the vast majority of the time I have launched the game. What am I supposed to do? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Anyone else have this issue?

wait like 5to10 seconds after the game launches, then click log in
