So here’s what happened -
I played a fair amount of SC a while ago, through the standalone client. Then I stopped for a few months and started playing again through Steam. Today I decided I wanted to get the Galaxy Explorer pack and try the invasion mode. I bought it, logged on through Steam, and nothing was there. Of course I then logged on through the exe file itself, bypassing steam, only to find my purchase ended up in another new account. Any idea if and how I can fix this? At least send the Gold Standards to the other account or something, if the bonuses are lost forever?? Also, is there some kind of Gaijin helpdesk I can e-mail to? I Don’t see any e-mail listed on the site. Thanks for any help!
Same exact thing happened to me. You’ll have to contact support. For me they removed the purchase from the gaijin account, had me create another one, and link that new one to my steam account’s SC profile. Then they moved the purchase to that new gaijin account and thus the steam account. IIRC if you go to support in game or on gaijin’s website it should send you to a support page. I’d go to support with plenty of proof so you don’t waste time having them ask you simple questions. Keep in mind this isn’t a workday either so probably expect a response on Monday at the earliest.
