fuse blaster redesign

so my idea is to remake the fuse blaster into a more interesting and engineer-oriented weapon

 

-Fuse blaster

a charged weapon, deals damage based on how long it has been charged (400-1200 damage, 1 second for full charge)

upon hitting an enemy the enemy will take em damage, and then the projectile will bounce off healing an ally based on the charged value (200-600, 1 second for full charge)

alternatively if an ally is hit, they will be healed for the weapon’s damage, and then the projectile will bounce off the damage an enemy for the weapon’s secondary damage, bounce range would be about 1500m, and there would still be the possibility that the shot could miss

other than that the stats would be more or less in the air
