Back when bots weren’t a fact of everyday PvP life, I killed a Captain using Anomaly in a 4v4 Combat Recon.
For specifics, my team’s cap was Guard, and the enemy cap was Recon (Diamond Dwarf, to be specific). The match took place in Ice Reef. For more than half the match, both our teams didn’t get anywhere - my team was too frigballed up to suffer any real damage, while the enemy team was pulling some pretty neat hit and run attacks while remaining well entrenched.
One moment during the battle, once I got fed up with the turtling, I saw the enemy cap hide behind an elevated platform. It looked thick enough, so I thought I had a fat chance trying to hit the captain with whatever I had. I tried to feed him my Anomaly Generator for size, and I thought he’d easily dodge it (rather, that the anomaly’s explosion wouldn’t reach him). When the thing detonated, I had instantly killed the poor guy; t’was something I never really expected to begin with. The enemy cap and his mates probably never saw it coming, either, but I was probably more surprised than they were. The rest of the match goes without saying.
My guided torp collided with a cloaked tackler.

Rammed a Guard to death in a Recon once. Laughed so much when that happened.
Not as epic as yours, but I’ve rammed multiple intys (mainly covops) to death with a guard in a single round. I’ve consistently earned ‘Battering Ram’ medals in my Crus-Q, for reasons I cannot fathom.

I’ve charged and strafed an LRF while piloting a Styx, dodging disintegrators like a boss while returning fire with positrons when I came into range. I someone went all the way into melee combat and the LRF died to my combat drones.
Here is a story in a T2 match.
Me, Ever, and PrinceAli7 were in a combat recon obviously in a squad. PrinceAli7 was the captian (If I recall correctly) and another NASA pilot was solo on the other team as captian.
I messaged him. > Bro, no worries, I wont kill you out right, but I can seriously kill your team.

Literally, I myself took on the entire enemy team as my own team mates watched and provided random commentary
“Oh, Look, its JP again, mabye we should help?”

Needless to say, I got more then 20 kills and eventually won the game based on kills.
Though thats probably one match people remember to use against me to never come to T2, ever. Again.
I was in a 3v3 sec con match once, with two of my corp mates and randoms on the other side. It was quite a close match, both my team mates lost all their ships and two guys on the other side did. So it ended up 1v1, with them having two beacons left, but no drones, and us only one, and only a couple of minutes left to go. Anyway, the other guy was in a Mauler and I was in my trusty Storm Viking and there was not much chance of me killing him and his other last ship in time to win… I therefore proceeded to try and capture a beacon (we were winning on kills).
But that mauler had coil mortar on, and I could never finish capturing. So what I did, is I ran back and forth between the beacons, past the Mauler each time, taking a couple of points off them here and there. Finally, one of the beacons was low enough for me to metastable and finish of the capture, with a couple of seconds left to go!
I felt so sorry for that guy having to trundle back and forth, each time not being able to kill me and seeing the points go down without having the time to cap them back!
Ok. Here’s a good one… Just happened.
I’m Captain.
I set up near the front at a decent area.
Everything is going ok they are leading in kills about 5-7 minutes in.
I set a warp gate.
I move forward. straffe some.
Then accidentally back up slightly right into my own warp gate while pointing at a structure.
Thud.
Oh the words that were said as I realized what was about to happen. And yet words can’t describe.
