I think that if every server but the Russian server complain about ping yes the Dev’s have some control … can you link some gaming VPN’s ? and explain how my IP has control … links to a wiki maybe
Try this one, there is a free trial
ISP is internet service provider, if there are routing issues local to your city/country you could possibly fix some of it with your ISP over phone.
But it is paramount that you do your part and look at the route, since it is easiest from your PC. Plus that will help you evaluate if vpn helps or not.

i have them ------- 5.178.86.29 --------- 5.178.86.30 ---------- 95.213.156.195 there are probably more but these are the ones that i always get
So use ping plotter to these IPs, preferably when you do experience the problem, it will highligh the issue for you
Ping is 140 to 260 most of the time. Worst server is South Asia and USA. Both have packet loss like crazy, USA ping is 20 to 70, South Asia ping is 300 to 2000
EU and Russia play fairly consistently. I usually get on these servers the most. If you have a web browser open or using torrent applications you will have issues at times.

SA 400-450

Ping only affects how zippy your ships are in my experience. So as long as you play smart and aim better than the rest you do fine
héhé, try to play smart and have a good aim with at least 400 ping…and i speak only about co op

RU 60-90
SA 380-450
I think everyone in France gets something similar

guys, does some body have the actual IPs of the SC servers, so we could test them?
from Germany I have ping ~150ms to US servers
and to RUS servers c. 100-200ms (sometimes >400ms) ping times.
