I think the Misc section here should really be renamed to General and moved to the top of Game Discussion section myself.

I mean, every forum I’ve ever been on for any game ever has ALWAYS had a General Discussion area… and coming here it is a bit of a strange setup from my viewpoint.

The problem with this is that people just post everything in general and it is harder to collect feedback and good threads disappear very fast.

Well, I guess I can see your point there but I just feel this is a more traditional method of running forums.
I don’t think there’s any real issue with “good threads disappearing fast” on here because it seems like discussions don’t travel as fast as, for example, the War Thunder forums.
Honestly, I’m glad that there’s not a general forum. Imo, a forum dedicated to a game should have topics that relate to it. General forums, like Error said, take discussions away from the game.
Sorry to revive a dead thread but I thought of another idea and the name of this thread still kinda goes along with it… so instead of opening another I thought I’d post it here.
A section dedicated to fitting ships. Sure you could say the balancing section is for this… or I haven’t trawled these parts enough to find a dedicated place that already exists but I think that would be a good section to have. Maybe a subsection of help forums if they ever get added also? I mean I noticed there is no “new player centre” as it were.

Fittings are usually either in the Q&A and Guide section.
