That is a terrible foot-switch

I simply moved the buttons away from the keyboard to my mouse, i have balanced it quite nicely so each hand has the same amount of controls. It’s a lot easier to fly like this plus i got sooo many options it would downright unfair to use them, but i dont wanna get a bot ban xD
Nahh you wont get banned. Has they said when removed turn keys and comparing to joystick user. Those joystick users have a different game experience, should justify anything about controls advantages.
Also i just meant that by looking at the picture, there is no way i dont hit at least 3 buttons with the size of my finger xD.
Wish i could delete my comments.
The mouse is bigger than it looks actually so you have plenty of room to coordinate, i like it, one day ill go full competitive on the settings lol.

I had foot pedals assigned to rotation. But since removal of rotation keys - no more.
hello, Niripas. Have you used those foot pedals for other functions? For example, using modules? What was the model? Was the reaction fast?

No, I haven’t ”) I’m trying to stick to what I’ve learned in the past - foot pedals are for the rudder and brakes
Model - dunno tbh. I bought them on car boot sale for the price of 0 (zero), as no one wanted to buy them. Inside were just 2 sliding potentiometers (slightly rusty at that time) and no electronics. I replaced potentiometers, made my own HID controller just to find I have to switch to classic digital control or I’ll lose the mouse in SC, so added switches, programmed MCU to be visible as USB keyboard and just assigned them the same keys as on keyboard. Responsiveness - well I set it up that slight touch was activating the pedal - so it was fast.
And I found one more thing - if you guys have any problem with the proper posture on the chair, get pedals. They will keep you up on the proper posture or you will have problems with activating things or not activating at all
Ahaha what? you guys need foot pedals? theres WASDQE, 1234, shift, alt, spacebar, and your mouse. thats it.
all at the reach of two hands.
I play MMORPGs with like 38+ skills and im fine with mouse+keyboard.
aside from immersion I dont think foot switches are anywhere near useful… at least biologically speaking, you cant really react quick with your feet.

Not all. Especially, rolling left/right, free view and many other good functions. Also, some fingers overlap each other, so it would be great to duplicate those.
OK, maybe if my mouse had more buttons, I would duplicate the movements and functions on the mouse, but at this moment the good mice are very expensive. After buying a graphics card, new PSU and cables I am empty.
Anyway, the pedals were needed for non-critical things, like acceleration or rolling left/right. maybe, interact with items. Maybe, map. The problem is I do not feel that I have enough buttons. qwer asdf tab caps shift ctrl 1234 are busy. The other buttons are too far to reach.
The problem is the game does not let me set the `¬ button which is above Tab. I would like to use it, but when I go to Key Binds, the game does not see this button.
Also, after having problems with strafe-rotation- forward combination, I can see that my fingers overlap, and at some moments I cannot rotate or strafe. So, I was searching for some help.
Another thing you should also look after is probably the year of the topic or when the last comment was done on a topic, that way you dont do a “necro” on a forum
