As the title says,we need permanent vision on all the FS enemies,they are dumb enough to get get lost throughout the sector and slip off our radars thus wasting us precious time,we still have to kill them so just make this happen,again, WE NEED VISION FOR ALL OF THEM,ALL THE TIME,AND FROM ANY DISTANCE!
PS:Also make turtles get collision damage.

Rarely happened to me, and when it does, you just gotta go to the cave closest to spawn. If by some weird circunstance that doesnt works, just spin around the tower of the center of the map and you will find the squishy NPC.
It happened to me once, never found the damn npc, lost the pve game because of that lol.

It happens to me sometimes,usually in the last wave before the Cruiser,a Turtle or Rabid get lost either in a dead end and even in the tunnel from the spawn.For some reason they cannot reverse,they just keep going straight forward even if there is an obstacle in their way.Again,we have to kill them all and the map is not that big so permanent radar detection for them will only help us find them easier and avoid these issues in the future.
Look for player debris - probably someone dragged those npcs into tunnel and died there
