what is so awful about it?
It’s just not what was inferred via the information given.
I like it a lot better than the “one person, one stack” thing. It still isn’t quite as good as it could be but it’s nicer.

Yea, thanks all. I could play with it a little and I can more or less see how it works.

It’s not maths. It’s called
if (stacks < 4)
stacks++;
else
stacks += 2;
Your solutions does not accommodate for a unique enemy and for the max counter

You’re being too serious here.

But anyway, dev need to give players more informations about modules.
Modules become more and more complete, tooltips are shorter and shorter.

Not exactly, the actual cap of +143 is reached at 8 dmg sources not 13.
Every new enemy starting at 4th, generates 2 stacks, so you get
Enemies — Stacks (each stack is 11 resistances to all):
0 — 0
1 — 1
2 — 2
3 — 3
4 — 5
5 — 7
6 — 9
7 — 11
8 — 13
one question here:
does it stack with same modules?
if I put 3 plates, the resistance give 11*3 per enemy when I receive dmg or it just stays the way as one module only?

only one plate is active

[Module ‘Crystal plates’ now available in Workshop!](< base_url >/index.php?/topic/31418-module-%E2%80%98crystal-plates%E2%80%99-now-available-in-workshop/)
How does the resistance increase? Exponentially with respect to damage recevied? Proportionally? Some other value? What is the maximum resist value that can be reached? What is the rate of change of the resist value? (how fast does it increase?)
The description is lacking too much information!
Also why on earth is it still only buildable using live crystal containers…? They cannot be obtained in-game anymore.

Mill, literally on the previous page was the description of the mechanics of this module:

Ain’t nobody got time to read through all the BS on this forum to find the useful stuff. This info should be in the in-game tooltip.
Wait… ‘Crystal plates’ were there already… why are those ‘news’ now?

The main thing in the description is increases hull resistance and Upon receiving damage the hull’s resistance is growing. This is what should be on ingame interface, to make it clearly understandable, but without heavy words overloads. All additional info will be described on SC Wiki or can be asked here as always ”)

The blueprints are available for everyone now in Workshop. This is what today’s micropatch is about

yeah, for awhile it is easier to ask me directly than wait for me to update wiki

Probably that now you can buy them with credits. Before the only way to craft them was getting the BP from the mission only.
The issue I see here is the only way now to get Crystal containers is to buy them. There is no way to get them at this time. It does give a pay to win aspect to those who did not do the broker missions for the materials needed.
we still have 1 last phase. These missions have been ongoing for months, theres not much excuse for missing them if you are playing or aware of the game forum.
And apparently they swapped up some things because I have yet to hear more mention of the crystal ship(s).
