Describe the bug in a few words/sentences.
Launcher works fine, but when i typed login and password, then i have forever connection and then message “Failed to connect”

Why do you think this is a bug.
Well… I think the reason for it, because i’ve got unusual network. You see… we have three servers, one of them has Windows Server OS, another Linux and e.t.c. And my computer connected to the global internet through one of servers. (Computer is enabled as part of domain, and I use domain login to start my user)
hypothetically speaking, I think that may be one of the required ports is closed, and maybe I need to open it.
also, i tried in cmd
ping 5.178.86.30
ping 95.213.156.195
(i saw them in log file)
and no results… so. May be I can use “Putty” to have required “path way” to 5.178.86.30 and 95.213.156.195… anyway I’ll try to google. -
How often does this bug occur.
Always when I’m at work, but everything is fine at home -
