Hello,

 

I started the game as federation, and I want to be able to level up in Jericho, I have no idea how to do this though. Do I have to sign a contract with one of the Jericho contractors? Hopefully I can get some help.

Yes, exactly that, you sign a contract with one of the 2 contractors of Jericho and you will level up Jericho.

For using credits, go to contracts, then under techs or raids, pay the 120,000 credit fee to switch.

Or you can go to warehouse, click on shop, and under licenses pay 300 galactic standards to reset your chosen faction so you can switch.

All these will allow is to switch factions, this will not reset your current faction.
