i am rank 12 in all faction.
i dont take my xp after rank 12…
why? the leveling its freeze behind the realese?
Level cap is currently set at 12.
i know the level is locked at rank 12, but the xp earned is lost ?
if the xp earned is lost it isnt possible to translate then in credit ?

No, it wouldn’t be as the current level max is level 15, it is just capped at 12 until the tier 5 stuff comes out.
