After the latest patch, I can’t log in because apparently I have the wrong client. It says I have client version 0.8.2.31664 , and that I need 0.8.3.32057 . It says to go to the website, but it’s just http://star-conflict.com which doesn’t really help me at all.
There is a download button there, which I thought might work, but it’s an exe program, which isn’t for mac.
Anyone know how I am to get the latest client?
I’m assuming you play SC via Steam. You can update the game via Steam (right click the game, click Properties, and under the Updates tab, see if you’ve allowed the game to auto update). Otherwise you can try to uninstall and reinstall.
Yes, I have it via Steam, and yes, it is set to auto-update. I’ll try the reinstall.
Edit: It’s now saying I don’t have an internet connection when I try the re-install, but that’s probably more of a Steam problem than a SC one. I’ll check back in later.
