this is a problem happened to one of my friends. when he tried to log in the game, this picture showed up after he entered his id and password and presses the login bottom
i believe I saw someone had posted a similar picture before but could not find that topic. I don’t know whether that was solved or not.
I and my friend would be appreciate that if anyone could help us to figure out what is probably wrong with that.
PS: he was using the steam to lunch the game
PS2: he had logged in Gaijin website before he tried to stard the game so the id and password should be correct.
